Fall Bi-Annual Meeting – October 6, 2019 2:30PM @ Pavilion

Posted on March 13, 2019September 16, 2019 by webmaster@heritagefarmpoa.com

Please come out and join us for the bi-annual Heritage Farm Neighborhood POA Meeting. We will meet in the neighborhood pavilion on Sunday October, 6th @ 2:30 pm. Mayor Farmer has also been invited to speak at this meeting and will specifically address the progress in removing the beavers near Shelby and the anticipated drainage relief for that area. Additionally, Mayor Farmer will have someone from the street department at our meeting. Please bring questions, comments, and suggestions. This is the time to get answers to your questions. We will not be scheduling any additional meetings other than our spring bi-annual meeting.

New residents can bring your key fob for activation or we will provide one and update it for access to the playground and the pool when open again next spring. Please remember only ONE key fob can be activated per HFPOA household! We hope to see you there!

POOL CLOSING DATE September 2nd, 2019
Dues increase for 2019 – The HFPOA Board voted to increase the POA dues by 5% ($230) beginning 2019. This increase is necessary to begin to pay off the additional loan for creek cleanup during 2018 along with a balloon payment of $127,869 due March 15, 2020 that goes toward the refinanced pool loan.
