The Heritage Farm Property Owner’s Association is seeking applications for 3 board of director positions. Two positions are for general board positions, and one is for the Architectural Control Committee Director (ACCD) position. Those interested in serving should submit their name, which position they are interested in, address, email, and phone number via text at: 870-941-0185 or email at: gelrod.ge@gmail.com by midnight on March 29th.
There will be no write-in or open nominations from the floor.
Candidates must be homeowners in good standing and participate in an interview with the selection committee (comprised of board and non board members). Only one member per household may serve on the board.
Elections will be held at the annual membership meeting on May 4th at 3:00pm
The Heritage Farm POA board of directors welcomes Luanne Bradford as our new board member. Luanne is fulfilling a vacant 3 year position that has 2 remaining years.
