The neighborhood has been receiving calls and emails once again about people outside of Heritage Farm wanting to purchase memberships to our pool. Heritage Farm Pool and Pavilion are for property owners and their non-member guest only.
POOL GUESTS: Any member bringing a non-member guest into the pool must pay a guest fee of $4.00 each day and enclose the payment along with the guest names in the envelopes provided on the office door. Payment MUST be made prior to the guest/guests entering the pool. There is a limit of (4) guests per day, per MEMBERSHIP household. Guests MUST be accompanied by the Member who brought them at all times while in the pool area.
