A friendly reminder to everyone- Heritage Farm Neighborhood does NOT allow parking overnight on the streets for owners or permanent residents. If you have a guest over for a short period of time they may park overnight on the street, however please be courtesy of your neighbors and do not park directly behind there driveways.
We also like to point out that parking in your front yard grass is NOT allowed either this is a City Code. It is also illegal in the City of Benton to park on the sidewalks, tickets will be issued if Benton PD see you parked there.
From the Bill of Assurance:
Section 26. Motor Vehicle Parking. Abandoned or unused motor vehicles shall not be parked
or permitted to remain on any lot within the dedicated street. Boats, recreational vehicles and trailers cannot be parked at the front side of any dwelling or in the dedicated street, and must be parked in back of the dwelling. Owners or permanent residents are prohibited from parking in the street.
