All key fobs are deactivated when registered owner moves.
Key fob registration must contain ALL the following information:
Name of home owner(s) –
Phone contact number or numbers
email address
address
names of all permanent residents including your children
Grandchildren may also be listed if they will be visiting and using the pool with you
Home Owner or Renter (Must select one)
Only 1 key fob will be issued per address – Lost key fob replacement is $40 and previous fob will be deactivated

Only COMPLETE Registration information will be considered for key fobs. Please allow a few days for key fob activation and pick up instructions. ALL dues must be current with no outstanding fines or violations.
ALL RENTERS (effective May, 2023):
There is a $250 yearly fee that must be paid prior to activating your key fob each year. In addition, a one-time fee of $40 is required to obtain a key fob or if replacing a lost or damaged key fob. These fees are non refundable even if access is denied due to pool rule violations. You are responsible for knowing and abiding by all pool rules. Prorated amounts for usage beginning anytime during July is $170. and August is $85. No other pro-rating is available.
