Violations resulting in loss/suspension of a Key FOB and Fines
1) Not using swim diapers on non-potty trained children
You will also incur the cost of shocking the pool (>$200 in chemicals + labor )
2) Urinating/defecating outside of the toilets in the bathroom
Please assist your small children in the bathroom
3) Giving access to the pool to people who do not have a key
This pool is for our neighborhood and invited guests. You are responsible for your guests following all of the pool rules.
4) Eating around the pool
Please use the designated umbrella tables adjacent to the pool for eating. Food is contaminating our pool and this is a health and safety hazard.
5. Pets of any kind in or around the pool/park.
